The biggest challenge with this property was its overgrown nature. There were multiple small pockets surrounding the home in an equally overrun state. Our clients wanted to keep some of the beautiful plant specimens and integrate them in a more appropriate way. A large section of the plants were removed and replanted in a way as to open up and define the space. Trees such as Palo Verdes and Desert willows were introduced for color and dimension. The nature of these trees allow the more crowded spaces to remain uncluttered. Fencing around the property for security was a high priority, but not allowing it to look closed off from the neighborhood was also of great importance. We choose open metal grates with engineered wood frames for that reason. This project was highly collaborative in nature and communication was key from start to finish.
Our services include landscaping, hardscaping, low voltage lighting and irrigation systems. We also create custom fencing, gates, pergolas and decks.
